New digital platform allows providers to harness customer experience feedback

With the recent launch of the Happy Life Index, residential aged care providers are set to benefit from a new first-of-its-kind digital customer experience benchmarking tool.

The Happy Life Index was developed by CarePage in partnership with the Aged Care Guild and was co-designed with over 1,000 senior Australians and aged care providers.

Powered by real-time feedback, the Happy Life Index supports providers to understand their performance against the aged care quality of life and experience indicators that they can have a direct impact on improving - including food quality, care quality, friendliness of staff, activities and lifestyle, environment and cleanliness, and management.

For a cost of just $1 per resident, per month, the Happy Life Index allows aged care providers to harness data and benchmarking metrics to support informed decision making around areas of improvement and performance of services, to deliver better experiences and outcomes for residents.

By signing up to the Happy Life Index, and displaying their rating with Happy Life Index widget, providers are demonstrating their commitment to consumer choice and transparency.
