Applying the new Aged Care Quality Standards Workshops - new places open!

The ‘Applying the new Aged Care Quality Standards: Hitting the target’ workshops are being delivered in October 2018 and will assist participants to:

  • Develop an understanding of the structure and key concepts of the new Aged Care Quality Standards and associated Guidance and Resources for Providers.

  • Explore mechanisms to optimize consumer engagement to achieve positive consumer outcomes.

  • Apply the Guidance and Resources for Providers and key concepts in everyday service provision.
