Complex performance management and disciplinary issues can arise, there may be a need to consult with your workforce and the unions regarding major workplace change, or you may need some additional support in interpreting the modern awards or your enterprise agreement for job design or payroll compliance purposes.

  • Supporting the performance management process through investigations, running disciplinary interviews and assisting in determination of outcomes;
  • Responding to applications for unfair dismissal remedies and representing members at conciliations with the FWC;
  • Responding to applications for stop bullying orders and representing members at conferences with the FWC;
  • Assisting in the consultation process with staff and unions regarding major workplace change (participating in meetings, drafting correspondence, liaison with unions);
  • Review of HR/ER policies and procedures, and
  • Development and delivery of HR/ER training targeted to aged and community care settings.
