Hitting the Target

  • Target group:
    • Staff from providers of residential aged care and community aged care services; senior/middle managers including clinical managers and facility/service managers, board Members and quality managers.
  • Learning outcomes:
    • Develop an understanding of the structure and key concepts of the new Aged Care Quality Standards and associated guidance material;
    • Explore mechanisms to optimise consumer engagement to achieve positive consumer outcomes; and
    • Apply the guidance materials and key concepts in everyday service provision.
