Train the Trainer

Mile End, SA
In person
09:30 - 04:30

We are not taking registrations for this event at this time.

To ensure your staff deliver the level of service required it is imperative you provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to do this.    Unfortunately this is not done as well as it could be in many organisations, simply because those tasked to train new and existing staff and/or volunteers aren’t trained to be trainers!

This workshop is a great opportunity for you as a Service Provider to gain some training tips on how to consolidate and enhance your staff’s client-centred approach to service delivery.   It is a hands on and very practical day that will provide you with valuable knowledge and training skills that you can immediately implement in your organisation.

All participants will receive a copy of the BPP’s resource “Imagining Possibilities” and this will be used throughout the workshop.

This event is free for CHSP and HACC Providers.  At the payment page, use Code CHSP2019
