This webinar will outline how your local jobactive provider will work with you to understand your recruitment needs in order to identify job seekers who are a good match for your business – at no cost to you.

 

Need staff?

Your local jobactive provider can help you find the right candidate for your business at no cost to you. jobactive is the Australian Government’s way to get more Australians into work. With 1700 providers nationwide, jobactive will work with you to understand your recruitment needs in order to identify job seekers who are a good match for your business.

Your jobactive provider can assist you with:

  • pre-screening of candidates to match your requirements;
  • ensuring candidates have a police check and a first aid certificate and work related equipment if required;
  • arranging work experience; and
  • post-placement support.

By building a relationship with your local provider they will better understand your business and your requirements, enabling them to refer candidates who are the right fit for your business.

If you prefer to manage your own recruitment, you can advertise and manage vacancies for free through the jobactive website (jobactive.gov.au) or the jobactive Employer app (available on iTunes and Google Play). These resources allow you to shortlist, rate and contact candidates all in the one place at a time that suits you.
