  • Navitating choice and control in the presence of vulnerability
  • Social isolation and loneliness for older people
  • Community Inclusion
  • Freely given relationships
  • Right Relationships
  • Valued Roles

Target Audience

Coordinators, Support Workers and Volunteers working within CHSP programs

Expected Outcomes

  • Identify what a good life looks like and why this is important
  • Understand how vulnerability impacts on devalued people
  • Develop skills and good practices that lead to good lives
  • Understand the importance of valued roles and free-given relationships as two key strategies of social inclusion and wellbeing
