Our programs are presented by subject matter experts, shot in actual care home situations and focus on key outcomes and just as importantly, they address the issues faced by staff every day.

Each year a Needs Analysis initiative is conducted via workshops and surveys and this process assists ACC identify program and resources requirements for the year ahead. Members share their expertise via dedicated panel. All relevant programs and Learning Resources are allocated RCNA CNE points. This is just an example of one way we listen. Our valued members watch our live, interactive program's via satellite TV and access our entire library and extensive learning resources and support material via our website, DVD and our new online delivery platform - ACC Online, available anywhere, anytime.
