ACSA represents Members and Associates across the nation while maintaining local service delivery. In support of our organisational vision, ACSA offers a range of services to meet your needs.

Policy and advocacy
We are committed to ensuring the voices of our Members’ and Associates’ are heard at all levels of government. We provide leadership and advocacy to positively influence policy development and decisions.  

Employee Relations
We provide advice and assistance on employee and industrial relations matters including Modern Award reviews and negotiations, Workplace Health and Safety, emerging ER/IR issues and unfair dismissals.

Advice and assistance
We provide information and advice on matters relating to residential care, community care and retirement living. We support Members and Associates through a network of advisory committees.

Consulting and on-site support
We provide consulting and on-site support services that assist Members and Associates with strategic planning, accreditation and quality management, risk management, policy development and legislative updates.

Communications and marketing
We provide timely and up-todate information on key industry issues, including policy and reform, through a range of communication platforms comprising social media, e-newsletters, website links and media commentary.

Business development and partnerships
We develop sustainable business partnerships with key industry suppliers, which provides our Members and Associates with confidence that these service providers are committed to the industry. 

Learning and development
We provide nationally accredited courses, short courses, professional development courses, on-site training and e-Learning.

Events
We coordinate and manage high profile events that support the strategic priorities of ACSA including the National Summit, local events and a Divisional Awards program.
